If you are serious about your health and wanting to transform your body into a lean, strong (ladies, please do not be put off by these two harmless words) healthy structure then one on one Private (semi-private) Personal Training is the way to go.
Having your own trainer doesn't have to be a luxury in life. We all need help in one way or another, and speaking to a personal trainer is just asking for help in an area you are not familiar with.
I constantly get asked for my professional advice, whether it be from friends, family or new clients. The same goes for me, if I want help with something that I have no idea about, I will seek professional advice.

Nowadays, the majority of people you see in or out of the gym have had before, or are at least thinking about taking up some Personal Training sessions. What will separate you from these people ....having a quick chat to a qualified, experienced Trainer!
Just by emailing, calling or even sending a text enquiry to a Trainer, you have made progress. This shows initiative and motivation.
