If you are serious about your health and wanting to transform your body into a lean, strong (ladies, please do not be put off by these two harmless words) healthy structure then one on one Private (semi-private) Personal Training is the way to go.

Why Personal Training

Having your own trainer doesn't have to be a luxury in life. We all need help in one way or another, and speaking to a personal trainer is just asking for help in an area you are not familiar with.

I constantly get asked for my professional advice, whether it be from friends, family or new clients. The same goes for me, if I want help with something that I have no idea about, I will seek professional advice.

So on that note, if you are looking to change your life for the better with exercise...WHY NOT Personal Training!!

There are Three Types of Exercise Enthusiasts out there:

  1. The ones that are happy to keep following their own daily training schedule and hardly ever (mostly never) see the results they are after
  2. The ones that are more open-minded and are keen to embark on a new regime given to them by a Fitness Professional, AND
  3. The committed ones that train hard, eat well and make the most of a Personal Trainer's knowledge by becoming a CLIENT

Nowadays, the majority of people you see in or out of the gym have had before, or are at least thinking about taking up some Personal Training sessions. What will separate you from these people ....having a quick chat to a qualified, experienced Trainer!

Just by emailing, calling or even sending a text enquiry to a Trainer, you have made progress. This shows initiative and motivation.

If you have read this far then I am happy to have not bored you, but will keep the rest of this page short (just in case).

How Does One Choose the Right Personal Trainer?

Choosing the right trainer can be a daunting process. I suggest Meeting up with at least 2 or 3 Personal Trainers for a consultation. Base your decision on their professionalism, experience, services, personality etc. First impressions are also a good indicator of someone's compatibility to you.

I'd also suggest asking around your friends or colleagues. Most Trainers out there get a fair amount of clients from referrals.
