I have trained for many years never really achieving the results I desired, I put this down to having two very suspect knees which impact greatly on how I can exercise. Having now trained with Darron for 4 months I realise this is totally wrong. In four months I have lost 10lb and have decreased my body fat from 22.4% to 15.7%, body fat reduction was my main goal. Since starting training with Darron, I look and feel so much better - I'm now 40 years old and in the best physical and mental health since my twenties.  And that’s despite working a 50-60 hour week, and having a decent amount of time with my wife and four kids not to mention my social life.

Darron keeps me enthused, motivated and focused.  By training with Darron once a week I now know how to do pretty much exercise with perfect form, thus improving the benefit from each one and minimizing the risk of injury.  It also disciplines me to keep training in between sessions as I know myself that you won't get results by training once a week plus there's nothing worse than going into a PT session with Darron on a Friday and being asked "when did you last train?" and telling him "last Friday when I last saw you" - the guilt factor works wonders!

Darron has also been a great source of advice on other aspects, in particular nutrition.  I eat so much better than I did 6-7 years ago, and that is such an important factor in my well being. So many guys down the gym tell me that "if you work out 3-4 times a week you can eat what you like" well it might work for 1 in 100 people but it certainly doesn't for me, to look and feel good I need to train hard AND eat right. And with Darron I can be sure to do both. I can definitely recommend Darron as a Personal Trainer.
