I have developed an 8 week programme specifcally for men, designed to obliterate fat from those problem areas. The programmes consists of intense weights training, BioSignature, and maybe high intensity interval training. This is ideal for those that are after results, fast. It is probably one of my more intense programmes as a lot is required from the client It is recommended for people who can invest a bit more money for their body transformations.
Commitment– 100% commitment to your training, biosignature protocols and nutritional plans.
Personal Training– 3 X one-on-one training sessions per week for 8 weeks.
Self workouts– You may also be required to train by yourself one additional day a week.
Willing to change bad dietary habits– eliminating processed foods, wheat products, alcohol and possibly dairy for at least two weeks of the overall eight!
Keep a food diary– this can either be a hand written diary or you can even take photos of every meal and email them to me.
