OK, so you are obviously interested in female fat loss, otherwise why else would you have clicked on this section. So what I am now offering is a 10 week fat loss programme specifically designed for women. If you think 10 weeks is too long to commit, you can always customize your own training schedule on my 'custom PT' section. The only real difference is I offer discounts with packages, plus they are an all-in-one purchase deal which makes it easier and more convenient for the client (usually).
Commitment – 100% commitment to your training, biosignature protocols and nutrition.
Personal Training – 3 x one-on-one training sessions per week for 10 weeks. Your training sessions will last between 45 or 60 minutes, MAX!
Self workouts - Depending on how many sessions you train with me, you may also be required to train by yourself one or two additional days a week.
Willing to change bad dietary habits – eliminating processed foods, wheat products, alcohol and possibly dairy for at least two weeks of the overall ten!
Keep a food diary – this can either be a hand written diary or you can even take photos of every meal and email them to me.
