Not everybody can, nor will have a personal trainer. If this is the case, you still need to change your routine on a regular basis. If you do not, and continue with your current training programme for more than a few weeks, you will more than likely hit a plateau, preventing further progress.
Over a period of time our bodies can and will adapt to pretty much anything you throw at it, especially exercise programmes. Once we adapt, we no longer progress. This is why it is essential that you must always vary your workouts. Having said that, not everyone responds the same to a particular workout. This is why you need to throw away that “Get the six-pack you've always wanted in 12 weeks” or “rip-your-shirt delt workout” training programme you pulled out of the latest health magazine!
The next best thing (behind having a Personal Trainer of course), would be DJD Trainings online training programmes. I will design a programme specifically for YOU. These workouts can, and should last for about 4 weeks. The duration of these programmes depend on your objectives, training age, training frequency and commitment.
4 week programmes containing two to four different workouts £29.50 per programme. This will include the descriptions and pictures of the exercises.
