Passion

As with a lot of you, I have a passion. I get my jollies out of helping people better themselves through effective, hard training and good dietary and lifestyle habits. I will do everything I can to to ensure they succeed. You obviously do not have to take my word for so feel free to check out my clients 'bigging me up'

Methods

My approach to training is simple – I want ALL of my clients to develop and progress as quickly as possible, in a safe training environment. All day, every day I strive to achieve my goals – to help my clients any way I can in order for them to accomplish their dreams. This is done through intelligent personal training and fitness coaching. It also helps to have BioSignature and Muscle Activation Techniques (Jumpstart) as part of my fire power too!

Utilizing a health cocktail of Personal Training, BioSignature and MAT, will ensure positive results for each and every client

Experience

I have taken an interest in the field since I was 18, and began personal training in London in 2002. Like most fitness professionals out there I began working for a gym before starting up on my own business. My past and present clients consist of a busy executives, business owners, sports enthusiasts, celebs, doctors, physios, pre and postnatal mothers and much more.

Through my years of personal training I have continued to educate myself so that all of my clients have access to up-to-date information, essential for the ever-changing world of health and fitness.

Although I cover many aspects of health and fitness, I would have to say that my specialty lies within Targeted Fat Loss. A lot of Trainers out there will say the same thing, but not all utilize the impeccable combination of Intelligent Personal Training and BioSignature.
